Chris Fawcett

Founder/President

Chris started Third Marble Marketing in September of 2009 with the goal of helping small business owners get their fair share of marketing on the internet.


With 29 years of direct marketing experience and 26 years of internet marketing experience, Chris is considered a veteran in the internet space. He has been involved in internet marketing for as long as internet marketing has been around. Prior to starting Third Marble Marketing, Chris spent 9 years at First STREET, Inc. in Colonial Heights, VA as their VP & COO of Marketing. Chris lead all the company’s direct marketing efforts, including the marketing and development of their $10 million e-commerce website dedicated to helping senior citizens stay in their home longer. His innovative marketing strategies increased sales year over year. In 2005, Chris re-designed the First STREET website and won one of the nationally coveted “Internet Retailer’s Top 50 Best of the Web” Awards, joining the ranks of such online retailers as Best Buy and Amazon.


Before joining First STREET, Chris spent 3 years as the Director of Marketing and E-commerce at J.Jill in Boston, MA where he developed J.Jill’s first e-commerce website, jjill.com, generating over $80 million in its first year.


Chris started his marketing career with Comtrad, a national marketer of innovative lifestyle products, in 1992 and helped launch their first website in 1993 (before Amazon.com sold their first book).


Chris proudly graduated from Virginia Tech with degrees in Operation Research and Industrial & Systems Engineering.

Tim Goad

Our Helpful Director of Account Management

Tim loves helping people and always has a positive attitude.


With a ton of experience in customer service and incredible responsiveness, Tim is here to help you get answers to your questions, assist with any account or invoicing needs, and generally be there to help in any way he can. Not only is he working with his accounts, but he supports and trains the rest of the Account Management staff. 


When he isn't hanging with us in the office or virtual meetings, Tim enjoys theatre and travel. Probably most of all, though, he enjoys tasty things -- especially if they're cheesy.

Lizzie Morrow

Our Helpful Director of Business Development

Liz has a background in writing and sales. Her analytical mind helps you get the maximum number of new customers from your optimized Google Ads campaigns.


If you have questions about Google Ads, SEO, or Google Business Profile - we highly recommend talking with Liz. Not only will she tell you what she knows about Google, but she will think about it can help your business.


When she isn't out networking in the community, on a sales call, or in a virtual meeting, you'll find her spending time with her husband and adorable pups or planning some of the best parties ever!

Matthew Harris

Our Helpful Director of Operations

Matthew has a natural talent for guiding and training all the staff who are busy working on your client's Google Ads or SEO efforts. 


You likely won't interact with Matthew as a client but rest assured he's busy with weekly training to keep the staff up to date with all of Google's changes. 


When Matthew isn't hanging with us in the office or virtual meetings, he's out in the world taking fantastic photos and honing his photography skills. 

Katie Bonner

Our Helpful Marketing Director & Part-Time Account Manager

Katie loves getting to build relationships with our clients and ensuring that we are keeping our clients goals on track. She has years of experience in graphic design, photography, radio, and a slew of marketing positions along the way.


As the Marketing Manager she maintains Third Marble’s relationships with our marketing partners, oversees and helps create our marketing plans, and finds new ways to connect with potential clients.


You may also encounter her in Client Onboarding, the Sales line, or the Customer Service line. She's ready to help answer your questions and ready to roll with whatever services you sign up for!


Three words that Katie thinks describes her best are tenacious, compassionate, and grounded.

Kate Carroll

Our Helpful Onboarding Managers

Kate sits at the helm of the Onboarding Department and is in charge of getting everything we need to start on your client's Google Ads or SEO efforts via email. She's likely the first person you'll hear from when signing up a new client for our White Label services.


When she isn't hanging with us in the office or virtual meetings, she's out bringing joy to the world with her standup comedy and event hosting. 

Conversion Tracking Team

Our Helpful Conversion Tracking Specialists

Our resident Conversion Tracking Specialists are in charge of getting everything we need to set up your client's conversions. They will even go as far as to hop on a screen share to assist with getting everything set up. 

Reiko Reginelli

One of Our Helpful Account Managers

Reiko is here to help you with all of your Google Ads and SEO questions, assist with any invoicing or account needs, and generally make sure that your White Label experience is exceptional in every way.


When she isn't hanging out with us at the office, in a virtual meeting, or on a phone call with a client, she can be found running her kids to activities and sports and snuggling with her dog, 3 cats and bearded dragon.

Christian

Christian is here to help, answer Google Ads and SEO questions, assist with any account or invoicing needs, make sure your White Label experience is positive, and generally be there to help in any way he can.


When he isn't hanging with us in the office, in virtual meetings, or on a phone call with his clients, he's out in the world making a wrestling podcast and honing his video editing skills.

Our Helpful Employees

Our process is based on the Henry Ford method and is how we can keep our pricing streamlined. So each of our staff is trained on specific ad types, campaigns, or parts of our Google Ads optimization and SEO services. So your account moves seamlessly between specialists to ensure you're getting the best results possible.


Almost all of our staff live in Richmond, VA, except for a few who moved to different states. We're proud to have our entire staff located in the United States.
