At Third Marble, one of our goals is to make the process as easy as possible for our agency partners. From sale to set up to reporting and ongoing optimization of the accounts.

You may notice slight differences in what we need from you for each type of campaign, but after your first client or two, it's easy to know exactly what to expect when signing up a new Google Ads client with us.

Proposal Help

If you're new to Google Ads, we know it can be hard to pitch a client the idea of Google Ads. That's why we designed our Agency Support to help! We provide help with frequently asked questions, proposals you can download, and more! 

If you have questions regarding your prospect, we welcome you to schedule a call with one of our Google Ads Experts in the sales department. 

Sign Up Your Client

Now that your client has agreed to start advertising using Google Ads, you're ready to fill out our Google Ads Signup Form!

Before filling out the form, make sure you can answer the following:

  • What type of Google Ads do they want to run?
  • What is their Google Ads budget?
  • What geography are we targeting?
  • Which services are we advertising?
  • Does your client already have a Google Ads account? (If so, please provide their Google Ads ID)


Onboarding

Once we have your form, an Onboarding Specialist will welcome you within a business day. It's their job to gather what we need from you to get your client's ads set up as quickly as possible. This process is done entirely by email, so keep your eyes peeled on your inbox!

If we have everything we need, we can typically complete the initial setup in 2-3 business days.  We'll have a Conversion Specialist help you set up tracking for phone calls, form fills, or purchases that result from Google Ads.

Once we have everything set up, your Onboarding Specialist will introduce you to your Agency's Account Manager. 

Account Management

Now that your client's Google Ads ads are live and conversions setup is complete, you're ready to meet your Account Manager. They will send you an introduction email and request you schedule a review call with them. 

During your meeting, they will review what your White Label service includes, how to reach them, and answer any questions you may have. This call is an excellent time to discuss you and your client's expectations of their Google Ads campaign.

Remember that all of your clients will fall under the same Account Manager, so you'll never have to wonder who has which client account.

Optimization & Reporting

Here is where we dig into our proven process, the "Third Marble Way." Your Account Manager will direct the team of Google Ads experts what goal we are working toward with your client's campaign. All of our Optimization team members are Google Partner certified and trained to find data trends to optimize the campaign. It typically can take 2-4 months of optimization to get the most out of your Google Ads. 

You'll be able to check our progress monthly from the reporting we send you. We recommend scheduling a monthly call with your Account Manager to review your reporting for the first few months.
